Dairy Queen is offering a cheesy steak finger menu item, infused with creamy pepper jack cheese, for a limited time in Texas, according to a press release.
"The cheesy steak fingers are a must experience item before they disappear," Lou Romanus, CEO of the Texas Dairy Queen Operators' Council, said in the release. "Only found in Texas, we are confident the bold flavor of pepper jack cheese paired with our classic steak fingers will delights fans."
The cheesy steak finger country basket is served with crispy fries, Texas toast and ranch dressing. The combination is offered for a limited time via drive-thru windows, pick-up and take-out, as well as delivery and online ordering, where available.
The Texas Dairy Queen Operators' Council is a nonprofit organization made up of DQ franchisees operating in Texas. The council develops the advertising and marketing program for DQ franchisees in Texas and controls the Texas Country Foods menu along with managing supply/distribution for the nearly 600 DQ restaurants in Texas.
DQ restaurants in Texas are franchised by American Dairy Queen Corporation and the DQ franchise system includes approximately 7,000 franchised locations in the United States, Canada, and more than 20 other countries.
