Dairy Queen opens in Gas City, Indiana

American Dairy Queen Corporation has announced the opening of a DQ Grill & Chill in Gas City, Indiana. The restaurant is located at 4969 Sloan Drive and is owned and operated by multi-unit operator Patrick O'Neil, who is the largest Dairy Queen franchise owner in Indiana, according to a press release.
"It is with great pleasure that I get to bring Dairy Queen back to Gas City. Dairy Queen has been a family friendly brand for many years and always offers something sweet or savory for everyone," O'Neil said in the release. "I'm looking forward to officially opening and being able to see the joy the new restaurant brings the Gas City community. Given the reception my other DQ restaurants have seen from fans in other communities, I'm confident this new restaurant will have a similar result and be another great hangout spot for Gas City residents."
Dairy Queen services a system of more than 7,000 locations in the United States, Canada and more than 20 other countries.
