Dairy Queen signs 20-unit deal for Kuwait

Dairy Queen today announced plans to expand the brand’s presence in the Middle East with a multiunit development deal for DQ Grill & Chill restaurants and DQ Treat stores in Kuwait. Through the agreement with Durra Khaled For Foodstuffs Co., the brand will re-enter the Kuwait market. 

Durra Khaled For Foodstuffs Co., a subsidiary of KMGC, plans to develop more than 20 DQ Grill & Chill restaurants and DQ Treat stores throughout the country within the next five years. The first are planned to open in mid-2015.
