Del Taco adds 2 new items to Buck & Under Menu

Del Taco announced that two new Chicken Rollers have been added to its Buck & Under Menu.

Del Taco announced that two new Chicken Rollers have been added to its Buck & Under Menu. The expanded menu features up to 16 options, including the new Chipotle Chicken and Ranch Chicken Rollers, as well as six breakfast items, according to a company press release. Buck & Under Menu items start at 59 cents.

"Our guests can always count on Del Taco for awesome variety and great tasting fresh food at an unbeatable every day value. While other restaurants are beginning to re-introduce value-driven promotions with limited variety, Del Taco continues to own this space by offering up to 16 items for a buck and under," said John Cappasola, executive vice president and chief brand officer for Del Taco. "While our guests love a great value, they also appreciate the quality food they're getting. The Buck & Under Menu features fresh ingredients not commonly found on value menus, such as handmade pico de gallo salsa, cheddar cheese grated by hand in our kitchens, marinated chicken grilled fresh in-house, and beans slow-cooked from scratch."    

In addition to the original Chicken Roller, the Buck & Under Menu now features two new Chicken Rollers for $1 each, the release stated.

• Chipotle Chicken Roller — Made with grilled, marinated chicken, spicy Jack cheese and creamy chipotle sauce rolled in a warm tortilla.
• Ranch Chicken Roller — Made with grilled, marinated chicken, with creamy ranch sauce and spicy Jack cheese rolled in a warm tortilla.

Del Taco invites guests to try the new Chipotle Chicken Roller or the Ranch Chicken Roller for free when they sign up for Del Taco's Raving Fan eClub. The offer is also valid for current eClub members.
