Del Taco continues Colorado expansion

The fourth Colorado Springs, Colo., Del Taco restaurant opened this week, doubling the chain's presence in the city within the past six months.

The new restaurant is owned by franchisee Mountain Del LLC, which also owns and operates the other three Colorado Springs locations as well as Del Taco restaurants in Denver.

"Consumers in Colorado Springs are hungry for the food and value that Del Taco serves up every day, and we are thrilled to open our fourth restaurant in this community," said Rod Carstensen, franchise owner.
