Del Taco lands 1st Santa Monica store

Del Taco has opened its first Santa Monica location on Wilshire Boulevard near Douglas Park, a news release said. The chain has more than 560 stores in 14 states.

"Del Taco has built a tremendous following in Los Angeles over the years by offering an unbeatable combination of fresh food, served fast and at a tremendous value," CMO Barry Westrum, said in the release."

Its' newest location is open at 6 a.m. seven days a week.
