Del Taco opens New Mexico store

Mexican-American QSR, Del Taco opened a store in Espanola, New Mexico under the ownership of Diamondback LLC, according to a news release. The store is the multi-unit franchise group's eleventh New Mexico location, and Diamondback also expects to open a twelfth restaurant in Albuquerque by year's end. 

"We've built quite the fandom in New Mexico, and there's still more development opportunities on the horizon," Diamondback LLC's Dennis Ekstrom said in the release.

Del Taco now includes more than 580 locations across 15 states.
