Del Taco to open Mesa location in Phoenix-area expansion

Del Taco's largest multi-unit operator, Brent Veach, is opening his 57th location of the chain on South Power Road in Mesa, Arizona, a news release said. Veach has opened three stores in the past two years as part of Phoenix-area growth plans.

"Del Taco is a legacy brand with staying power. I believed that when I joined the system over 20 years ago and I believe it, even more so, now," Veach said in the release. "From operational procedures to guest experience, we're continuing to adapt and evolve across the board. As we add more locations to the map, I'm confident our reputation for keeping things fresh will contribute to our success."

Del Taco is based in Lake Forest, California, and has approximately 600 stores nationally.
