Del Taco's shrimp tacos return to menu

For a limited time only, Del Taco is bringing back its popular Crispy Shrimp Tacos and Burritos. Guests now have the option of choosing between a new spicy sauce or the original secret sauce. The new sauce is made from a blend of chipotle peppers and features a smoky flavor.

"Del Taco fans crave the flavor of our Crispy Shrimp Taco and Crispy Shrimp Burrito so we've brought them back for a limited time with a new flavor option. Shrimp lovers can add a kick with our new Spicy Sauce, an irresistible addition to our signature crispy shrimp line of menu items," said John Cappasola, chief brand officer at Del Taco.

Served on a warm flour tortilla, each Spicy Shrimp Taco comes filled with crispy shrimp served with cabbage, hand-made pico de gallo salsa, spicy sauce and a fresh lime wedge. The Spicy Shrimp Burrito features crispy shrimp served with seasoned rice, cabbage, hand-made pico de gallo salsa and a spicy sauce.

Both the Spicy Shrimp Taco and Spicy Shrimp Burrito are available a la carte or in a meal with crinkle-cut fries and a drink.

Del Taco has more than 545 restaurants in 17 states.
