Devo: No McDonald's suit

National Post (Toronto): Contrary to widespread press reports, New Wave band Devo is not suing McDonald's Corp. for trademark infringement.
Australian and U.S. media reported that Devo's members claimed McDonald's "New Wave Nigel" Happy Meal plastic toy infringed their trademarks.Concerns about the promotion were resolved some time ago, according to the group's attorney.
