Dole launches fruit purees for restaurant menus

Dole launched its Chef-Ready Fruit Purées for kitchen and bar menus.

Dole launched its Chef-Ready Fruit Purées for kitchen and bar menus, including a sweet, spicy Raspberry Sriracha Sauce, Fruit Lemonade, Pineapple, Mango and Raspberry purée, all contained in recyclable cartons with re-sealable twist caps.

Dole fruit contains no HFCS, and no artificial ingredients or flavors, the company said in an announcement. DOLE Chef-Ready Fruit Purées are intended for beverages, sweet and savory sauces, salad dressings, baked goods and desserts.
