Donate to war heroes, win a free 'jumbo' at Ben's Soft Pretzels

We know you probably had this circled in red on your calendar, but just in case you weren't aware, this April 26, is National Pretzel Day. To honore that fact, Indiana-based Ben's Soft Pretzels will give a free jumbo pretzel (one per person) to anyone who makes a minimum $1 donation to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, a news release said.

All of the donations from National Pretzel Day will go toward building Intrepid Spirit centers for military personnel who suffer from traumatic brain injury or psychological health conditions. All of the administrative costs of the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund were underwritten by the Fund's board, while Ben's Soft Pretzels has raised more than $130,000 for IFHF in recent years.  

One customers will also win a year's free pretzels in the brand's photo contest, which calls for entrants to post photos of their pretzels on Instagram or Twitter with special hashtags. The brand has more than 85 stores in 10 states.
