Donut brands launch holiday lineups

Dunkin' Donuts and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts each have announced their holiday offerings, including limited-time-only baked goods and holiday gifts.
At Dunkin' Donuts, its seasonal treat lineup includes:
- New Peppermint Mocha Latte: Served hot or iced, this holiday drink features peppermint flavoring and is topped with a mocha drizzle. Available at the suggested retail price of $1.99 for a small, hot 10-ounce beverage at participating Dunkin' Donuts restaurants.
- New Chocolate Mint Donut: A chocolate cake donut topped with chocolate frosting and peppermint flavored candy topping is available at the SRP of 89 cents.
- Holiday Munchkins Donut Hole treats: The Holiday Munchkins Donut Hole treats are decorated with festive red, white and green holiday nonpareils and are available at the SRP of $3.99 for a 25-count box.
Dunkin' Donuts also is offering several gifts available at participating restaurants and at the company's Web site, including:
- Two-tone stainless tumbler: This stylish two-tone stainless steel tumbler features a comfortable grip, an acrylic mid-section and a flip-top lid for the SRP of $7.99.
- Large hot thermos with handle: This 32-ounce thermos-style beverage container with a spill-resistant, screw-on lid and personal cup keeps your Dunkin' Donuts coffee warm all day long for the SRP of $8.99.
- Acrylic tumbler: The Dunkin' Donuts' classic 16-ounce tumbler has a curved shape to provide a comfortable grip and is available for the SRP of $4.99.
- Small gift box: This gift box contains one Acrylic Tumbler and one pound of ground Dunkin' Donuts Original Blend Coffee for the SRP of $13.99.
- Tin gift box: Featuring a pair of festive 10-ounce double-wall plastic mugs, a stainless steel scoop and one pound of ground Dunkin' Donuts Original Blend Coffee packaged in a custom tin, this gift set is available for the SRP of $19.99.
- Burlap gift bag: This stylish burlap bag with brown corduroy interior and stainless steel scoop comes with one pound of ground Dunkin' Donuts Original Blend Coffee for the SRP of $11.99.
- Holiday ornament: This limited-edition ornament features a snowman holding a box of Dunkin' Donuts, available for the SRP of $2.99.
Dunkin' Donuts also is promoting its Dunkin' Donuts' Cards, available in any amount between $2 and $200. The rechargeable cards can purchased at any participating Dunkin' Donuts restaurant throughout the country, online atwww.DunkinDonuts.comor in denominations of $15 at select CVS/pharmacy locations.
The company has launched a social media promotion for the cards. Consumers can win a free $50 Dunkin' Donuts Card by tweeting @DunkinDonuts on Twitter how Dunkin' Donuts keeps them running during the holiday season. Each day, @DunkinDonuts will reward one follower with a $50 Dunkin' Donuts Card. To be eligible, the tweet must include the hashtag "#HoliDDay." The contest runs through Dec. 8.
Krispy Kreme holiday products
At Krispy Kreme, the company's holiday offerings include:
- Snowman-shaped donut with white icing
- Glazed white iced rings with a gingerbread crunch topping
- White iced rings with red drizzle
- Chocolate iced rings with holiday sprinkles
In addition, Krispy Kreme is bringing back a seasonal favorite — holiday gift tags. These charming gift tags keep the joy of giving alive with a coupon on the back for one free donut during the month of January. Customers get 12 gift tags with any dozen donuts purchased.
The holiday offerings are available now and will remain in participating U.S. Krispy Kreme retail stores through Dec. 25.
