DQ, U of M announce stadium sponsorship

MINNEAPOLIS — Dairy Queen has become the latest sponsor of the University of Minnesota's new TCF Bank Stadium with a $2.5 million sponsorship. The stadium's new clubroom will be named the "DQ Stadium Club," according to a news release.
"We're grateful that another outstanding Minnesota company has chosen to make an investment in the University of Minnesota and Golden Gopher Athletics," said athletics director Joel Maturi.
The sponsorship also includes scoreboard signage, ribbon board signage and a suite.
