Dunkin' Brands hires digital marketing agency

CANTON, Mass. — Dunkin Brands Inc., parent company of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, has selected Atlanta-based Studiocom Interactive to handle digital marketing duties for the company in 2007.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to a news release, Studiocom will provide online strategy and creative support for new product launches, plan and buy all online media, and redesign the two brands' consumer Web sites. In addition, the agency will develop long-term strategies for customer-relationship management surrounding the Dunkin' stored value-card program, and Baskin-Robbins' Birthday Club program. Search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and other e-commerce efforts will also be part of the overall agreement.
