Dunkin' Brands partners with DTT for surveillance solutions

Dunkin' Brands announced it selected DTT as the company's vendor for video-based surveillance and loss prevention solutions.

Dunkin' Brands announced it has selected DTT as the company's vendor for video-based surveillance and loss-prevention solutions. Dunkin' Donuts piloted the DTT system in 12 locations throughout the U.S. After a 90-day evaluation, the companies signed an enterprise agreement  to implement a loss prevention solution that will directly impact restaurant operations.

''DTT has been working closely with the Dunkin' Brands team for several months, and we couldn't be happier about this partnership. During the evaluation, the SmartAudit reports in particular shed a lot of light on what was going on at the participating stores and identified various areas of improvement. Based on the feedback and success we have received from the group so far, I am certain that DTT will contribute to maintaining the brand's high quality of standards and help franchisees more easily manage their operations.
