Dunkin' celebrates Moon Landing anniversary with 'poppin' doughnut, ice-creamed coffees, Coolattas

April 24, 2019

Dunkin's spring lineup is focused on brightening up and cooling down customers' days with a bevy of Coolatta frozen beverages and coffee flavors, all inspired by its sister brand, Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream, a news release said.

The brand is calling the Coolatta a cosmic collection to honor the 50th anniversary of the moon landing on July 20. Coolattas are layered frozen drinks in grape, pineapple and strawberry —all with blue raspberry. The drinks are available through summer and are $2 off now for a limited-time only.

The brand has also introduced its star-shaped Shooting Star Donut topped with white icing and blue raspberry popping candy clusters and is offering three ice cream-laden coffee combinations, including Banana Split, Pistachio Almond Fudge and Butter Pecan.
