Dunkin' Donuts distribution finds success with voice technology

Modern Materials Handling Magazine:Dunkin' Donuts distribution centers have reaped double-digit productivity gains with voice-directed order picking systems.
Warren Engard, director of warehouse operations for the Mid-Atlantic Distribution Center is working on plans to voice-enable putaway, replenishment and several other functions in the distribution center.
