Dunkin' Donuts franchisee signs agreement to build 25 restaurants in Mexico

Dunkin' Donuts announced the signing of a franchise agreement with CF Northwest Group to develop 25 restaurants in Mexico.

Dunkin' Donuts announced the signing of a franchise agreement with CF Northwest Group to develop 25 restaurants in Mexico. The franchise agreement covers areas such as Sonora, Chihuahua, Sinaloa, Nayarit, Durango and Zacatecas. Dunkin' Donuts has plans to develop more than 125 restaurants in Mexico in the coming years, according to a company press release.

"We are excited to expand our development plans with the signing of our franchise agreement with CF Group Northwest," said Bill Mitchell , president of Dunkin' Brands International. "The new franchisee group leaders have extensive experience in development and operation of restaurants in Mexico. We hope to work with your team while developing the Dunkin' Donuts brand through Mexico in the coming years."

Dunkin' Donuts continues to recruit franchisees in other parts of Mexico, including Monterrey, Veracruz and Yucatan. The brand seeks franchisees with a proven record of success in the restaurant industry history, strong financial background, an understanding of their local communities and passion for Dunkin' Donuts, the release stated.

"Dunkin' Donuts is a premium brand, which offers a range of coffees, sandwiches and baked goods of high quality to its customers, so we are proud to help bring its offer to Mexico," said Rogelio Calderon, president and CEO Northwest CF Group. "We hope to develop restaurants Dunkin' Donuts in our regions in the coming years, and become an integral part of the communities we serve."

Dunkin' Donuts has more than 11,500 restaurants in 40 countries.
