Dunkin' Donuts introduces omelet

CANTON, Mass. — Dunkin' Donuts introduced the Supreme Omelet breakfast sandwich.
According to a news release, the Supreme Omelet is a mouthwatering combination of crisp bacon and melted American cheese stacked on top of fluffy scrambled eggs, stuffed withreal diced green and red peppers, scallions, hash brown potatoes, Swiss andMonterey Jack cheese, all served on a croissant.
"The Supreme Omelet reflects our culinary team's desire to raise the bar on the quality and variety of food choices available in the quick-service industry, changing expectations about what is possible in a quick meal, whether in a restaurant or on the go," said John Gilbert, vice president of marketing for Dunkin' Donuts.
