Dunkin Donuts sued by franchisee

Reuters: Dunkin' Donuts is being sued by an India-born husband and wife team who have four franchise locations in upstate New York.

Dunkin Donuts recently filed to revoke the pair's franchise agreement, prompting them to sue the chain for discrimintaion.
