June 5, 2007
Miami Herald: Dunkin' Donuts is suing the owner of three Key West Dunkin' Donut outlets over allegations that the franchisee hired undocumented workers. The company is asking a federal court to terminate franchise agreements for the three restaurants.
The suit marks at least the fourth time this year that Dunkin' Donuts has sued a franchisee for allegedly violating immigration and employment laws or accepting false identification documents when hiring new employees.
