Dunkin' Donuts to open 7 stores in Montgomery, Alabama

Dunkin' Donuts and one of its' existing franchisees, Lagunita Franchise Operations, will open seven stores in the Montgomery, Alabama, area over the next few years, starting with two locations in 2019, a news release said.

There are 37 Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in Alabama, and the brand is recruiting franchisees for nearby areas like Birmingham, Tuscaloosa and Huntsville. Dunkin' leadership said special incentives are available, while different real estate formats make the franchise suitable for more types of investors.  

Among the choices are traditional freestanding restaurants, end caps, in-line sites, gas and convenience, travel plazas, universities and locations co-existing with sister brand Baskin-Robbins.
