Dunkin’ franchisees hiring 25,000, adding college benefits

Dunkin' restaurants will hire up to 25,000 new employees nationally and add education benefits through a university partnership, a news release said. To support its franchisees in the hiring, Dunkin' announced a new partnership with Southern New Hampshire University to offer an online college education to franchise employees, while also launching the brand's first national advertisement campaign aimed at recruitment.

The series of new "Dunkin' Runs on You" broadcast spots highlights teamwork and community, as well as the jobs responsibilities being offered and the benefits of employment at Dunkin'.  Created in collaboration with BBDO New York, the campaign launches today nationally and includes a full suite of customizable assets for franchisees, including social, radio, out of home, job templates, and in-store POP.

The new SNHU offers low-cost college degree courses for independent franchisees and their employees at what the company said are affordable, flexible and supportive pathways to associate or bachelor's degrees from the school.

Dunkin' and its parent company, Dunkin' Brands, are based in Canton, Massachusetts.
