Dunkin' launches Visa Checkout for mobile

The Dunkin' Mobile App enables customers to purchase and reload virtual Dunkin' Donuts Cards.

Dunkin' Donuts launched its newest mobile payment option for guests, integrating Visa Checkout on DunkinDonuts.com. The Dunkin' Mobile App enables customers to purchase and reload virtual Dunkin' Donuts Cards. 

Visa Checkout, an online check out service designed to simplify the payment experience, is accessible through any web-enabled mobile device, and can store any major credit or debit card.

"As a brand recognized for speed of service and meeting the needs of on-the-go people, we are committed to leveraging the best technologies to allow our guests to purchase Dunkin' Donuts food and beverages as quickly and conveniently as possible," Vice President Scott Hudler, Global Consumer Engagement at Dunkin' Brands, said in a statement. "Visa Checkout gives us yet another powerful way to save our guests valuable time in their busy day, and make it easier than ever to keep running on Dunkin'."

"Dunkin' Donuts and Visa Checkout are a perfect match — you can now literally have a cup of Dunkin' coffee in one hand and pay for it using Visa Checkout with the other," Visa's senior vice president of digital solutions, Sam Shrauger, said. "We're thrilled to kick off this partnership and help Dunkin' guests 'Get Stuff Dunkin'' faster and from anywhere in just a few clicks."
