Dunkin' puts the freeze on java

In a nod to the American love affair with all things caffeinated, Dunkin' Donuts heads into the heat of summer by adding frozen coffee to its menu permanently. And, to kick off the new menu addition, it's offering free mini-cups of frozen java on May 19 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., according to a news release. 

The company said its frozen coffee can be customized with flavor swirls or shots, along with cream or milk. The brand also offers Coolatta frozen beverages and frozen Dunkaccino and hot chocolate.
