Dutch Bros Coffee launches mobile app

Dutch Bros Coffee, based in Grants Pass, Oregon. announced the launch of its mobile app, an easy way for customers to pay for their coffee, earn points and receive rewards. The app launched publicly on Feb. 2 and to date, has welcomed 1 million members.

The company is rewarding all customers who download the app with a free drink. For every dollar spent, customers earn points to redeem rewards. Customers can earn rewards by downloading the app, creating an account and then scanning their Dutch Pass at the window

"We're so excited about the Dutch Bros App and all the new ways we can engage with our customers, " Kristen Flemington, Dutch Bros Senior Director of Digital Marketing said in the release. "We are blown away by the response from our customers and can't wait for them to start earning rewards!"

The company was founded in 1992 by dairy farmer brothers Dane and Travis Boersma. It has 400+ locations in Oregon, California, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Arizona. Dutch Bros Coffee recently held the top spot in the App store for Food & Drink and is currently in tenth place.
