El Pollo Loco is starting fall off with one opening and three limited-time menu additions. The brand opened its newest restaurant on West Renaissance Parkway in Rialto, California, a news release said. This is the brand's 32nd restaurant in San Bernardino County.
The 2,995-square-foot restaurant seats 84 inside the company's new design focused on a Mexican-inspired atmosphere with an open kitchen, warm textures and rustic elements. Customers who join the brand's Loco Rewards get a free Pollo Bowl after sign-up and a purchase.
Guests of the store will be among the many system-wide who can order from a line of LTO Tostada Salads that feature red chile- and green jalapeño-flavored shells filled with layers of ingredients and fire-grilled chicken topped with one of the chain's new sauces. It's all part of the QSR's 20th anniversary celebration.
"One of our most popular offerings, we're thrilled to offer our best lineup yet," El Pollo Loco Executive Chef and Vice President of Research and Development Heather Gardea, said in the release. "With the many layers of savory and bold ingredients complementing our citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken all filling our original or new red chile and green jalapeño shells, our new Tostada Salads are just as flavorful on the outside as they are on the inside."
