El Pollo Loco adds one in Beehive State

El Pollo Loco and franchisee, Poco Loco's LLC, opened in West Valley, Utah Monday — the chain's fourth location in the Beehive State. The hacienda design restaurant has an open kitchen and space for 84 guests. 

"Utah is an important area for us as we continue to add new locations and bring El Pollo Loco's signature chicken and entrees to new communities in Utah and throughout the Southwest," said El Pollo Loco CEO Steve Sather in a new release. 

The brand is also seeking operators for sites in Northern California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
