El Pollo Loco hires renowned chef

IRVINE, Calif. — El Pollo Loco Inc. brought aboard 20-year culinary veteran Jonathan Rogan as the manager of culinary development. Rogan will be the first in the company's history to fill the position.

 

According to a news release, Rogan will lead the development of new recipes and menu creations. 

 

Prior to joining El Pollo Loco, his culinary expertise benefited numerous food and beverage businesses, including:  California Pizza Kitchen, Gelson's Markets, Good Earth Restaurants, Square One Restaurant and Moose McGillycuddy's Pub and Café.
