El Pollo Loco LTO breezes in on Baja wind

Fan favorite Baja shrimp has sailed in to El Pollo Loco as the featured ingredient in four seafood LTOs. The chain is offering shrimp avocado Baja tacos, shrimp tostadas, garlic butter shrimp bowls and shrimp wraps to spice things up during the doldrums of winter, according to a news release.

"Our delicious Baja Shrimp is marinated in chipotle chilies and garlic, offering the authentic craveable flavor our fans expect from El Pollo Loco," Chief Marketing Officer Ed Valle said in the release.
