EveryBite, a restaurant-technology company behind SmartMenu, is joining Olo's partner ecosystem. The move is designed to help restaurants deliver more personalized and connected dining experiences by integrating EveryBite's ingredient-first menu technology into Olo's digital ordering platform.
EveryBite's SmartMenu is used in over 7,000 restaurant locations and has had over 7 million visits. The technology allows diners to explore dishes based on ingredients, filters and dietary needs, providing a new level of transparency and choice. Guests explore an average of 20 dishes, filters or ingredients during a visit, according to company data.
The partnership with Olo, which serves more than 750 restaurant brands and 89,000 locations nationwide, will extend the SmartMenu experience directly into digital ordering channels.
"Consumers want more than just convenience, they want menus that reflect their unique needs," Sid Conklin, CEO of EveryBite, said in the release. "By partnering with Olo, we're giving restaurants the ability to meet the 33 million Americans with food allergies and the 105 million with dietary preferences where they already are, inside their ordering journey."

This demographic represents 44% of today's dining guests and an estimated $200 billion in annual restaurant spending power. EveryBite says this audience delivers 24% higher lifetime value for restaurants that meet their expectations.

Marrero, senior director of partner ecosystem at Olo, said in the release. The joint effort helps brands reach the $133 billion market opportunity presented by allergen-sensitive and diet-conscious diners.
The partnership will allow Olo customers to integrate SmartMenu technology into their digital menus and ordering, aiming to build trust, drive revenue growth and enhance the overall dining experience.
