EVOS offers shake for fuel promotion
June 19, 2008
TAMPA, Fla. — EVOS restaurants are helping Tampa and St. Petersburg, Fla., customers get over the pain of high gas prices with a "fuel up" for free promotion. Customers can bring in any gasoline receipt over $25 in exchange for a free, low fat, organic milkshake. The offer is good at all stores in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area from Saturday, June 28 through Tuesday, July 1, 2008.
"Everyone is complaining about high gas prices, so we thought we would give them a break with some 'alternative fuel' — our organic milkshakes," said EVOS co-founder Dino Lambridis.
EVOS milkshakes are made naturally with a simple key ingredient list of 2-percent, certified-organic milk, sugar and added multivitamin.
Headquartered in Tampa, EVOS offers a full menu of burgers, fries and shakes that have 50-70 percent less fat and calories without sacrificing taste. EVOS meats and Airfries are cooked in specialty ovens rather than greasy grills or deep-fryers. This process allows customers to enjoy fries with 50-70 percent less fat. EVOS uses naturally raised, free-range beef and organic ingredients.
