Farrell’s Ice Cream announces franchising program

Parlour Enterprises Inc., parent company of Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour Restaurants, will begin franchising Farrell's in selected markets throughout the U.S.

Ben Kramer, vice president of Franchising said in a news release that the demand has been building for the company to bring their concept outside of California. The company is seeking multiunit operators who want to add a brand to their portfolio, he added.

There are currently six Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour Restaurants operating in Southern California and one in Sacramento.
