Fiesta redefining real estate management operations

AMTdirect, a software provider to the commercial real estate industry, announced that Fiesta Restaurant Group, parent company of Pollo Tropical and Taco Cabana, has selected AMTdirect's integrated software platform to manage its portfolio of more than 300 restaurant units.

The software will streamline processes, consolidate real estate data across the business, and provide Fiesta with a 360-degree view of its entire portfolio, according to a company press release.

Fiesta sought a software solution that would transform its day-to-day management and provide the tools to address the needs of its growing portfolio more quickly and efficiently, said Christy Everett, director of lease management for Fiesta Restaurant Group. The company required an all-in-one solution with enough breadth to address all parts of its real estate lifecycle, including integrating seamlessly with its PeopleSoft accounting system. It also pursued only those solutions and partners capable of managing a conversion from its existing, outdated lease administration system.
