An Orlando, Fla., suburb has banned quick-service restaurants. City leaders voted this week to close a loophole that ensures no more of these establishments will open in its Park Avenue area, according to Click Orlando.
Previously, the city allowed QSRs that offered table service. The new rule states that restaurants must have a host or hostess and use "real plates and silverware."
QSRs that already exist will be grandfathered into the ordinance.
