Flying Biscuit testing quick-service menu

March 19, 2012

The Flying Biscuit Café has launched a new quick-service menu to provide guests with alternative time-saving options.

The 'On-The-Fly' menu options include Flying Biscuit staples such as breakfast sandwiches, breakfast bowls, specialty coffee beverages and a new yogurt parfait bowl.

Flying Biscuit Café's quick-service menu is in response to consumer demand. According to the National Restaurant Association, two out of five Americans are not dining in restaurants ass often as they would like to because of time constraints.

The On-The-Fly menu is initially available in Flying Biscuit's corporate location in Atlanta and, pending the success of this rollout, will be made available to all 13 brand locations nationwide.

Flying Biscuit Cafe is not the first full-service brand to test a quick-service concept to cater to busier lifestyles. In the fall, IHOP opened its first express concept in San Diego.
