Focusing on people before profits keeps Chick-fil-A flying high

DelawareOnline: Chick-fil-A founder Truett Cathy has proved focusing on people before profits lowers turnover, increases quality and drives sales. The privately owned company posted sales at its 1,250 stores of $1.975 billion in 2005, and it's enjoyed average yearly sales increases of 11 percent over the past decade.
