Folks can buy jug of McDonald's McRib sauce for limited time

The McRib is back at McDonald's starting Dec. 3 for a limited time, and now customers can enjoy the sauce at home, according to a press release.

To celebrate the return of the meaty sandwich, McDonald's is offering hardcore fans half-gallon jugs of its signature, tangy McRib sauce. Fans can snag a jug starting Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. ET at www.wholelottamcribsauce.com while supplies last.

The McRib made its U.S. debut in 1981 as an LTO in the Kansas City area and quickly became a fan favorite. McDonald's releases the sandwich seasonally.

McDonald's operates 14,000 restaurants.
