Former Dunkin' Brands employee charged with fraud

The Patriot Ledger (Quincy, Mass.): Carolyn Kravetz, a former communications director for Dunkin' Brands, was indicted last week on charges of mail fraud and filing false tax returns. She is charged with steering hundreds of thousands of dollars of work from the Canton, Mass.-based company to a contractor in return for a 50-percent kickback. Kravetz worked at Dunkin' Brands from May 2004 to October 2005.
The outside contractor, Boris Levitin of Brighton, faces charges of mail fraud in the case.
