Former PF Chang's CMO moves into same role at Checkers, Rally's

June 18, 2019

A multi-brand marketing veteran and former P.F. Chang's CMO, Dwayne Chambers, has been named to the CMO's spot at Checkers and Rally's, a news release said.

Chambers replaces Terri Snyder in the role, who is retiring next month. He brings a deep background in fast food marketing to the brand with previous experience with brands like Sonic and Krispy Kreme, along with his most recent role at P.F. Chang's.

"We selected Dwayne after a thorough and extensive search of the very best CMO talent in our industry," Checkers and Rally's CEO Rick Silva, said in the release. "Dwayne is an experienced marketing leader whose strategic brand-building efforts have produced year over year of same-store sales growth for leading restaurant brands."

At P.F. Chang's, Chambers is credited with transforming the company's social, digital and interactive marketing efforts, while driving "significant" menu and product innovation, the release said. He has more than 32 years of experience working with franchisees in the restaurant industry.
