Founder's cross-country trip yields 12 new franchisees for French Fry Heaven

October 11, 2013

French Fry Heaven founder and CEO Scott Nelowet recently returned from a cross-country trip in one of his brand's food trucks, where his objective was meeting potential franchisees and introducing people to the concept.

After driving more than 5,000 miles on an 18-day food truck tour he called "Fries Across America," Nelowet is back home in Florida, with 12 new franchisees and more than 500 inquiries from people wanting more information about the brand.

Nelowet traveled to eight major U.S. markets to share information about the brand. He said the best way to promote the concept is by visiting people face to face and encouraging them to try the product for themselves.

"I wanted to show people that the best way to make something happen is to get up and take action yourself," Nelowet said. "I proved to potential franchisees that as a franchisor, I'm putting in the work to ensure the continued success of this brand and all of its franchisees. I inspired like-minded entrepreneurs to take a look at the business opportunity presented by French Fry Heaven. It was a complete success."

Because of the positive response from the Fries Across America tour, Nelowet plans to take a second trip across the Midwest and East Coast in 2014.

Those interested in getting the truck to stop in their market should email Nelowet at fran@ffheaven.com.
