Franchisees sue Burger King over hours

South Florida Business Journal:Four South Florida-based Burger King franchisees are suingBurger King Corp.over the company's demands for extended hours at local stores, according to a lawsuit filed July 29, 2008, in Miami-Dade Circuit Court.
According to the lawsuit, the corporation recently demanded they keep stores open until 2 a.m. on certain nights and open at 6 a.m. on certain days. Previous contracts had only required store hours of 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
