Franchisees sue Tim Hortons over falling profits

The Hamilton Spectator: Two Tim Hortons franchise owners in Burlington, Ontario, are suing the Oakville, Ontario-based doughtnut chain for breach of contract for $1.95 billion.
 
While not classified as class action, the franchisees are suing the doughnut chain on behalf of all franchise owners over what they say are plummeting profits since the chain switched to frozen baked goods and began pushing its growing lunch menu.
