The biggest challenges most companies face with their social media platforms, loyalty programs, mobile apps and websites are low engagement and low conversion to desired targeted user behavior. While "Build it and they will come" seems to be the default strategy, it has proven to be ineffective, especially in the restaurant space, said Anke Corbin, SVP Sales & Marketing at Splick-it, who moderated a free webinar last week on FastCasual.com. The webinar — "How Gamification can increase User Engagement, Loyalty & Conversion" is now available for free download.
