Glass found in KFC Japan salads

Reuters: Pieces of glass were found in salads sold at two Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets in Japan, the company said. The glass came from a broken refrigerator thermometer at a vegetable factory and had fallen into shredded cabbage, the company said.
