Global Franchise Group completes recapitalization

Global Franchise Group, parent company of Great American Cookies, Marble Slab and Maggie Moo's and Pretzelmaker, has completed recapitalization with private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners.  

"We are pleased to have completed this divided recapitalization for GFG, which provided working capital and paid a shareholder dividend," said Arthur Levine, president of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, in a news release.

This is the second time in two years GFG has recapitalized its balance sheet.
