Gloria Jean's first store in Kenya open

Gloria Jean's Coffees opened its first unit in Kenya, Africa, and is looking for franchise partners to further expand throughout the continent.. 
 
"We want to make Gloria Jean's Coffees a household name in Africa for coffee and set a new standard for coffee and cafes," retail food group chief executive international Mike Gilbert, said in the release. 

Kenya marks the third country in Africa to open a Gloria Jean's unit. Gloria Jean's has close to 900 units worldwide.
