Gold Star Chili sets promotion for National Chili Day

Feb. 27 is National Chili Day, and Gold Star Chili will host a promotion to celebrate. The $3 3-Ways promotion will be held all day at all 90-plus restaurants in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

According to a news release, a 3-Way is one of the signature Cincinnati-style chili dishes: spaghetti covered with chili and topped with mild cheddar cheese.

"It is an absolute certainty that more chili will be consumed in Greater Cincinnati on National Chili Day than any other city," Charlie Howard, Gold Star Chili marketing vice president, said in the release.
