Golden Chick taps Sharon Pewitt as marketing director

Golden Chick has named Sharon Pewitt as director of marketing, according to a press release.

Pewitt worked alongside the Golden Chick Brand at The Loomis Agency for more than six years. In her most recent role, she served as a brand manager at Raising Cane's in Plano, Texas.

"As we continue to leverage ourselves as a rapidly growing quick-service brand, we searched for a candidate that not only has a pulse on the industry now, but also a strong future-facing vision of where we could be in the coming years," Howard Terry, CMO of Golden Chick, said in the release. "Sharon is equipped with impressive marketing skills, which we've seen in action first-hand, to make her an invaluable asset to our growing team. We are truly excited to have her aboard."

Golden Chick has more than 210 locations Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Louisiana and opening soon in Nevada.
